David G. Gulino, Founder, Principal in Charge

Mr. Gulino’s 20+ years of experience in real estate development includes property acquisition, development entitlements, project design, Project budgeting and construction Administration in residential, office, retail, recreational and institutional projects. Mr. Gulino is a licensed engineer and real estate broker. His experience includes service in the public sector as well where he was the Chairman of the Scottsdale Planning Commission for 4 years, a member of the Scottsdale Development Review Board for 4 years and a city staff member for 5 years.

Brandon Frazee, Director of Business Development

Mr. Frazee holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a proven leader capable of organizing and managing large and diverse groups as exemplified by his 10+ years of military experience where he controlled the operations of over 1,200 fellow marines in a combat zone and coordinated the delivery of over $1-billion of supplies. After leaving active duty, Mr. Frazee furthered his leadership experience as a Construction Superintendent for one of the nation’s largest home builders and as a Construction Manager for a global construction and engineering firm working in war-torn Iraq. In addition, Mr. Frazee is multi-lingual (Spanish and Arabic) and holds a Secret Security clearance from the US government.

Gregg York, Director of Field Services

Mr. York has over 30 years experience in Real Estate Infrastructure Construction and is a licensed General Contractor. His experience also includes construction management, contract administration, project coordination, onsite supervision; project budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations and dispute resolution. By delivering high quality service, Mr. York has cultivated solid long term professional relationships with contractors, engineers and government officials. His projects have included development of over 15,000 residential lots, several golf courses, airport runways, regional flood control facilities and over 50 miles of public arterials and highways
